At Higher Craft, every product is crafted to exacting standards. We invite you to review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Higher Craft are considered final upon confirmation. By placing an order, you accept the terms set forth within this policy in full.

No Refunds

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is confirmed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Product dissatisfaction
Incorrect selection at checkout

No Returns or Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any products. We strongly encourage each customer to review their order with care before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of quality. In the exceptional event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us within seven days of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually with the attention and care it deserves. Where appropriate, a complimentary replacement may be offered at our discretion.
